FIELD: industrial organic synthesis. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of synthetic rubber monomers, in particular, isoprene and consists in controlling temperatures in bottom and middle parts of the dimethyldioxane-synthesis reactor by varying input of steam and condensate, respectively. Ratio of initial reaction stream to charge components stream is determined and corrected by means of affecting, respectively, formaldehyde in the charge and isobutylene in the hydrocarbon fraction and return aqueous layer. EFFECT: increased productivity and improved product quality. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
