FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this can be used in erection of buildings and structures both of stationary type and of sectional prefabricated type adapted for carrying to new site together with their foundation. Foundation has supporting members with beams located on them, and mechanisms for vertical displacement in the form of screw-type stem with nut and supporting insert which has at least one flat face in its external surface. This is seated in body of supporting member and is provided with shoulder which fixes its position relative to horizontal surface of supporting member. Aforesaid supporting member is provided with through-passage for passing of screw-type stem. Beams at points of their resting on screw-type stem have step bearings with spherical surface which conjugates with spherical surface of head of screw-type stem. Spherical surface of step bearing is of larger radius of curvature which transfers at lower part of step bearing into taper configuration. Aforesaid embodiment of foundation simplifies its erection and widens sphere of its application. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 dwg
