FIELD: construction, in particular, production of concrete mainly long-sized articles on water, applicable in construction of hydraulic structures, building of platforms for mining of mineral resources from the sea bottom, erection of structures of different kinds located in the vicinity of water storages. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in formation of a closed water space for concrete placement, moulding of the article on the working stage installed over the surface of the closed water space, its curing, dipping into water and subsequent conveyance to the open water area of the water storage. Moulding of the article is performed by stepwise built-up of its upper part after each dipping cycle with simultaneous built-up of its supporting-guide construction, and dipping of each step into water is accomplished up to the level at which the boundary of its separation from the step placed from the top is positioned over the water surface. The plant for realization of the method has a floating base with a closed section of open water surface communicating with the water area of the water storage, working platform with rigging for concrete placement, equipment for dipping the article into water and materials-handling machines. The working platform has several levels for movement of the rigging from the lower level to the upper one; openings are made at all levels of the working platform for conveyance of the article and equipment for its dipping, the equipment for dipping the article into water is made as a sectional built-up supporting - fixing the position of the lower butt of the concrete article being moulded; the shoe is furnished with side supports. The floating base may be equipped with separating breakwaters closing the water surface section in the working zone. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 4 cl, 5 dwg
