FIELD: visible-light navigation, optical communication, astronomy, biophysics, nuclear physics, scintillation equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has photoelectric emission device with multiple-channel multiplying system, focusing-deviating system and power supply. In addition device has scanning unit, gate unit, pulse generator, multiple-tap delay line, multiplier, wide-band amplifier, amplitude discriminator, clock oscillator, selector, adder and decision making unit. Outputs of multiple-channel multiplying system are connected to taps of delay line, which end taps are connected to matching resistors. One of end taps of delay line is connected to input of wide-band amplifier, which output is joined with input of amplitude discriminator and counting input of selector which output is connected to second information input of adder, which first information input is connected to output of counter, which counting input is connected to output of amplitude discriminator. Output of clock oscillator is connected to input of multiplier and control inputs of selector, counter and adder. Output of multiplier is connected to input of pulse generator, which output is connected to inputs of scanning unit and gate unit. Output of gate unit is connected to input of power supply. Output of scanning unit is connected to electric input of focusing-deviating system. Output of adder is connected to input of decision making unit.
