FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking off the whole wound exudate in patient, addition of liquid nutrient medium to exudate followed by homogenization and centrifugation. Then a sample is added to well containing different antiseptics and the obtained mixture is incubated for 12-36 h. The wound microflora interacts in nutrient medium with different antiseptics taken at the distinct concentrations and results are recorded by the bacterium growth absence.
