FIELD: information transmission using electromagnetic waves, in particular, in visible light. SUBSTANCE: device receives and detects electromagnetic beam which is received by input at certain inclination angle and is arranged in specific way. Said device has lens which has at least one curve non-spherical surface which provides possibility to correct beam input shape according correction function which is chosen with respect to input inclination angle of beam. Lens provides conversion of beam shape and its transmission to sensitive surface of detector. EFFECT: elimination of detected power deviation with respect to input inclination angle of beam, independence and constant level of signal-to-noise ratio and of detected signal itself for arbitrary input inclination angle of electromagnetic beam. 8 cl, 3 dwg
