FIELD: auxiliary means of air navigation in aviation. SUBSTANCE: the storage device has a data base representing a considerable part of the Globe divided into cells with many levels and more accurate in areas adjacent to air ports. The data on the current state of flight of the flight vehicle are obtained on the basis of two horizontal components of coordinates, altitude and velocity and acceleration vectors. Control signals supplied from the control panel are also taken into account. On the basis of the two horizontal components of the coordinates of the flight attitude a time local chart is transmitted to the quick-acting storage device the altitude envelope of the leg in the flying area is determined on the basis of this chart. Processing aids preventing the collision make it possible to switch on the alarm signal if the relation between the safety area and the altitude envelope satisfy the condition determined with the aid of control signals.
