FIELD: treating equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has at least two groups of permanent magnets arranged in two parallel planes and faced one toward another with their like and (or) opposite poles. Gap between planes is sufficient for moving substances to be treated and (or) for accommodation of coil having at least two elbows. Substances, such as gaseous, liquid or solid bulk materials are directed through coil, whose inner surface is made profiled and manufactured from catalytically active materials. EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced process cost by changing arrangement and reduced number of magnets. 3 dwg
