Magnetic system has magnetic blocks arranged along concentric circles around central circle. Magnetic blocks are separated by ferromagnetic walls. Magnets in each magnetic block are oriented one toward another with their like poles, with first magnets in each circular block being oriented in alternation and separated by ferromagnetic dividers.
