FIELD: medicine, endoprostheses used in prosthesis of injured or deformed hip joint resulted from orthopedic disease. SUBSTANCE: neck of endoprosthesis is made in the form of closed, bent and smoothly reducing in diameter in proximal direction tube to decrease the residual deformation and weight with preservation of strength characteristics. Tube walls are thinned in proximal direction for intensive mobility of proximal part with smoothly reducing amplitude of deviation closer to base. Tube hollow is filled with polymer material under pressure. Polymer material elasticity factor is lower than that of tube material for creation of prestressed structure with tendency for straightening the neck. EFFECT: maximum damping of sign-varying different in directions loads exerted on head of endoprosthesis and prevention of their effect on leg. 1 dwg
