FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has head, neck, limb, trochanteric part and pelvic part. Proximal part of the limb is designed as tube having bottom part, blind and conically narrowing in distal part. It has rest member having hole in the proximal part and keys and guiding opening in the bottom. The trochanteric part has proximal cylindrical part having longitudinal grooves for keys. The part is connected to bar having centering cylinder in the middle area. The bar comes through the opening in the rest member. The distal end of the bar is axially movably placed in guiding opening. The centering cylinder slides on internal tube surface. Partially stressed flexible elastic and metal inserts are arranged between the rest member and centering cylinder as well as between the centering cylinder and tube bottom on the bar. The centering cylinder is suspended on partially stressed ribbon torsions fixed between the rest member and its upper base and between tube bottom and its lower base.
