FIELD: pharmaceutical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new analgetic drug. Analgetic agent has the following composition at mole ratio: procidol 1.0; ethyl alcohol 1660.0; glycerol 440.0; citric acid 2.0; monosubstituted sodium citrate 2.0; sodium chloride 5.7, and water for injection 34.2 l up to the total volume (pH is 3.4-4.0). The claimed method of preparing the indicated composition involves mixing water, ethyl alcohol, glycerol, propylene glycol, citric acid, hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide and procidol (1-(2-ethoxyethyl)-4-phenyl-4-propionylhydroxypiperidine hydrochloride) is added to obtained solution. Components are taken at amount to provide pH value at the range 3.4-4.0. Then solution is filtered through sterilizing filter under aseptic conditions followed by its pouring in ampoules in atmosphere of inert gas, for example, nitrogen. Hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide are used as 1M solutions. Method ensures to obtain composition exhibiting stability under usual storage conditions and prolonged fitness time as compared with that of the known preparation - 1% procidol an aqueous solution (2 years at +5 C).
