FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: extract of green coniferous trees is proposed in the form of an emulsion with the distribution of neutral components in a dispersion medium of a concentration of 3–5% with droplet sizes from 0.4 to 10 microns at a given ratio of components and a method of its preparation. The method involves treating crushed pine greenery with an aqueous-alkaline solution with a concentration of 3–5% at a hydromodulus of 1:8 for 30–90 minutes at a temperature of 50°C.
EFFECT: inventions provide an expansion of the arsenal of methods of processing pine greenery and an increase in the yield of extractive substances containing fat- and water-soluble substances for the use in medicine, agriculture and the food industry.
