FIELD: laminated materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to insulating sound-absorbing materials that can be used to reduce noise produced by transport and stationary engines, and also by engineering structures. Material has, as base, synthetic felt joined with foil on its one side, with the assistance of viscous polymer layers, and with percale intermediate layer on its other side. Outer side of percale is coated by self-adhesive viscous polymer layer. Polymer layers are made from polyisoprene rubber and polydimethylphenylsiloxane resin. Ratio of layer thicknesses when going from foil is as follows: (0.08-0.082):(0.35-0.38):(5.0- 5.5):(0.12-0.15):(0.12-0.15). EFFECT: increased sound-absorbing capacity. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
