FIELD: insulation material production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of insulating materials and can be used for the installation and repair of roofing coverings, as well as waterproofing of buildings, structures and pipelines. The insulation material is a multi-layer material containing a base of a durable and pressure-resistant material with surface density of at least 100 g/m2. The base is duplicated on one side with a layer of non-vulcanized raw rubber in the form of a rubber web formed from a rubber mixture based on ethylene-propylene-diene rubber. The base is vulcanized together with the rubber cloth under the action of accelerated electrons and/or thermochemical treatment. On the other hand, the base contains a sticky layer based on rubber, acrylic or vinyl adhesives, covered with a removable protective anti-adhesive film.
EFFECT: improved operational properties of the material in various climatic conditions.
