FIELD: solar energy recovery. SUBSTANCE: solar plant has solar collector in the form of receiving cylinders 1 with reflector 11 and their sun orienting mechanism with operating mechanism. Sun orienting mechanism has ratchet gears 17, spiral and cylindrical springs 20 and 19, movable and fixed stops 15 and 16, respectively. All parts and assemblies movable in zenith and azimuth directions are mounted on bracket 4 with counter-weight 36. Operating mechanism has vessel 23 with drain 24 and drain lock 25. Vessel 23 is mounted for filling it with liquid from stationary tank 29 provided with calibrated pipe 30 and metering cup 31, Vessel 23 is suspended from cable 22 wound and fastened on shaft pulley of bracket 4.
