FIELD: agriculture, in particular, commercial milk production. SUBSTANCE: filter has milk receiver with inlet and outlet branch pipes disposed at different levels and coarse filter positioned between branch pipes. Lower part of milk receiver is made conical and provided with conical plug having stem abutting against bottom loosely connected to sump receiver. Receiver is connected via outlet branch pipe to fine cleaning housing with cylindrical chamber provided with side longitudinal slit and outlet branch pipe. Filtering member is arranged within housing and fixed on outer surface of squirrel-type wheel, whose inner surface is provided with ribs. Lower part of squirrel wheel is made in the form of piston with shank, whose side surface has helical surface with large angle of lead. Nut is put onto shank. Supporting sleeve with guiding openings is disposed in lower part of housing. Squirrel wheel and nut are loaded with springs. Housing bottom has drainage system. EFFECT: increased efficiency in cleaning milk, simplified construction and provision for continuous operation of filter. 2 dwg
