SUBSTANCE: plant has tower 1 with wind-vane stabilizer 3 and casing 4 housing windwheels 5, 6 rigidly coupled with rotor 7 and concentrator 8 of electric generator, respectively, and mounted in bearings 9, 10, each joined with casing 4 by three streamlined spokes 11. Current collector placed on housing of bearing 10 is not shown. Vortex concentrator 13 mounted upstream of contraction in casing 4 on brackets 12 is built up of two flat isosceles triangle pieces joined together and free to rotate in bushes 14 at ends of brackets 12; spiral springs arranged concentrically to bushes 14 have their outer ends attached to brackets 12 and inner ends, to trunnions of vortex concentrator 13 rotating depending on wind stream head on vortex concentrator proper and on pendent tail ends 16 fixed to it.
