FIELD: weapon control systems; may be used in correction of trajectory of flying missiles in two coordinates (vertical and horizontal planes), control of radioelectronic apparatuses servomechanism, hydraulic motors, servo motors or swivelling modules on various mobile objects. SUBSTANCE: device has frame with two potentiometers located in two mutually perpendicular planes, handle with hinge of manual control, limiters, two pairs of levers spring-loaded to each other, clamp-like axles with longitudinal recesses and cylindrical ends on which, from one side, toothed quadrants are installed which ar kinematically connected with axles of potentiometers, and from the other side, carriers are rigidly secured. Handle of the device has compensator made in the form of two half-sleeves spring-loaded from inside. One of half-sleeves is rigidly secured to handle. Half-sleeves have recesses receiving rollers coming in contact with inner walls of clamp-like longitudinal recess of one of axles, and handle hinge is located in longitudinal recess coaxial to cylindrical ends of the other axis. In this case, one lever of each pair has spring connected with frame and is installed for engagement with carrier and limiter, while the other, is connected with carrier. EFFECT: higher reliability of device operation under the action of exterior mechanical loads due to increased accuracy in guidance owing to compensation of uncontrolled variation of point of reading. 3 dwg, 1 tbl
