SUBSTANCE: housing has front panel provided with a holder, handle of the control element, and signal inputs and outputs. The holder is made of a T-shaped handle. The cantilevered part of the handle is provided with a conical flexible deflector. The handle of the control element is three-linked. The first link is pivotally connected to the contact member and passes through the second link for permitting angular motion. The second link is fixed to the front panel. The third link is L-shaped and provided with a locking member with a wedge-shaped projection for the movement in the two profiled grooves in the second link.
