FIELD: information instruments, in particular, for automatic control equipment for scientific experiments when complex physical objects are investigated, industrial automatic control equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has first and second memory units, central processing unit, system interface, control units for initiation signals for conversion, control signal generator. In addition device has information, control and information-control buses which provides connection of said units. Device provides registration of information from detectors which differ in their type and speed, possibility to get express information from complete information flow generated by object, and exclude information losses by means of frame recording. This results in possibility simultaneous registration of information flows with different dynamics (with fast and slow alternation). EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 4 dwg
