FIELD: electronic communication, in particular, design of high-speed regional networks using Internet and broadcasting channels, such as on-air, cable, satellite broadcasting, multiple-channel multiple-node distribution systems, and so on. SUBSTANCE: during client-server interaction between networks method involves transmission of requests from client to servers using M1 Internet route to proxy servers, which in their turn send requests to servers, receive reply traffic from them and switch Internet route between proxy-servers and clients from M1 route to M2 route for reply traffic by translation of reply traffic to clients through broadcasting network. M2 route is shorter than M1 route, while metric of M1 and M2 routes is defined as number of intermediate nodes passed by request and reply traffic, respectively. EFFECT: decreased access delays, compliance to client-server architecture and World-wide Web standards, such as URL, HTTP, HTML, Proxy, and so on. 3 cl, 1 dwg
