FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication. It contains variants of implementing the systems and methods of network interworking using single radio system handover. The result is achieved due to using a functional element of network interworking (WIF) in the system. The said element contains signal forwarding element (SFF), what allows for combining network interworking with handover upon accessing the second network via the first one.
EFFECT: provision of heterogeneous system cooperation.
