FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: integral diagnostics of biological object condition is based on analysis of average velocity of pulse wave propagation in different sections of greater and lesser blood circulation with bloodless methods of clinical examination of hemodynamics in vessels and blood-filled tissues. At first synchronous reading of central ϕa and peripheral ϕσ similar edges of electric pulses is performed, and value of their difference Δϕ = ϕa-ϕσ, proportional to time interval Δt = t(ϕa)-t(ϕσ) is found. This done, reading of edge of peripheral electric pulse is taken and in time interval Δt reading of similar edge of central electric pulse is carried out. Deviation of position of similar edges of central and peripheral electric pulses in value and sign is measured. Reliability of diagnostics and its resolution increases at this. Device designed to realize this method has two optoelectronic transducers, two formers of electric pulse sequence, measuring frequency generator, switching AND-NOT logical circuit, discriminator-former of edge phase relation of two compared pulses, control command former, reversing frequency counter, storage register, indicator and start button. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of diagnostics. 6 cl, 2 dwg
