FIELD: medicine; measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: pulse wave propagation velocity is measured directly by bloodless methods of clinical examination of hemodynamics in vessels. When measuring the pulse wave propagation velocity use is made of radiation source arranged in converter connected to pulse sequence former, namely to double-channel optoelectronic transducer with wave-lengths if infrared range. Pulse sequence of central pulse shown by indicator is connected linearly with difference of phases of two pulse sequences. Arterial pressure is measured by pulse wave propagation velocity of greater blood circulation. Systolic pressure is measured by difference between initial phases of compared pulse sequences and rear front phase of second pulse sequence . Temperature of body is measured by velocity of pulse wave propagation between greater and lesser blood circulation. Content of hemoglobin in blood is measured by velocity of pulse wave propagation of lessen blood circulation and difference of initial phases of compared pulse sequences. Noninvasive measurement of peripheral pulse by means of double-channel optoelectronic transducer increases measurement accuracy. EFFECT: improved accuracy of measurements. 11 cl, 6 dwg
