FIELD: stomatology. SUBSTANCE: two bent tubes are coupled to make main forked tube short part of which is bent at right angle. Short part is provided with facility to protect mucous coat of check, and long part has facility for protection of tongue. Long part of main tube has two bends positioned in mutually perpendicular planes. Both tubes terminate in cylinders, 2 mm long each, having no internal holes. Their diameter is equal to that of main tube. Salivary ejection holes are made upstream of cylinders on tubes diameters of which are smaller than main tube diameter. As a result, performance of medical operations becomes safe and effective. EFFECT: reliable evacuation of salivary from oral cavity. 2 dwg
