FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: toilet seat 11 attached to base for possible displacement between position of lying on base and lifted position has pipeline installed so as to allow for its connection to water supply source 33. Pipeline is connected to discharge piece 14 which is supported by bracket 13 fastened to seat so that discharge piece 14 is accommodated in recess of base and is directed upwards. Bracket 13 is secured to toilet seat for possible displacement together with discharge piece inside recess over trajectory which practically coincides with axis of recess passing from its front part to rear part. Bracket 13 can be moved together with discharge piece from first position when it is in contact with wall of recess to second position when discharge piece rests on trajectory. Toilet seat is also provided with drive unit 34 for movement of bracket, air pipes adapted for connection with sources of compressed air. Air pipes have discharge holes in front and rear parts of toilet seat 11. Compressed air discharge holes are oriented so as to direct air towards front and rear parts of human body of user surrounded by toilet seat. Delivery of water and compressed air, also operation of drive unit 34 are controlled by appropriate control facility. Bracket can be displaced by means of drive unit 34 from first position to second position, then bracket is moved together with discharge piece along trajectory to one or more positions within which bracket displaces discharge piece in each position along small section of trajectory. In this case, control facility delivers water to discharge piece 14 in given positions, and after delivering water to discharge piece 14 it operates to supply air to air lines.
