FIELD: ventilation.

SUBSTANCE: fan assembly includes nozzle with multiple inlets for air, multiple outlet holes for air path for first air flow and second air flow. Each path for air flow extends from at least one of inlet holes for air to at least one of outlet holes for air. Nozzle defines an inner opening through which air from outside fan is drawn by air emitted from nozzle. Fan includes a first user-driven system to generate a first air flow and a second user-driven system different from first system and for generating a second air flow.

EFFECT: through user selection of one or both of said systems, at least one of two different air flows can be emitted from nozzle, each having a respective flow profile.
