SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water supply, sewage and ventilation, in particular to means of maintaining the safety level of a ventilated room with a toilet bowl positioned therein. In order to increase the protection of the users of the toilet and reduce the probability of infection of infectious diseases, the toilet comprises a toilet bowl, flush tank (4) with a water release control element (8), toilet seat (6) with lid (7), wherein lid is equipped with hingedly connected shutter (9), located above control element with open lid of toilet. Lid contains at one end a device for hinged connection with the toilet bowl seat and a shutter hinged to the other end of the lid to close the access to the water discharge control from the tank. Shutter is made in the form of an elongated element with one end lifted up, other end of which is equipped with hingedly connected bracket (11) for fastening shutter to toilet lid, at that on top view width of shutter is more than width of control element of water descent from tank.

EFFECT: reduced probability of infection of infectious diseases users with contacts with toilets.
