SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an agent that is acridonoacetic acid salt and its monosubstituted ester of monosaccharide of the general formula: where A means or ; X and Z mean -OH, -H, CH₂OH or group ; W,W' mean -H, alkyl-, benzyl-, (Z and W,X and W), (Z and W, OW' and W) or Z and W together form group ; R₁,R₂= mean -H, halogen, alkyl-, carboxy-, hydroxyalkyl- or hydroxyaryl-groups; n = 1-4; R₃R₄ mean -H, alkyl, or R₃ and R₄ together with nitrogen atom form morpholine, piperidine or pyridine heterocycle. Preparation shows the expressed antibacterial and antifungal activity in addition to the indicated antiinflammatory and antitumor activity. Preparation shows low toxicity, high index of therapeutic effect and stability for prolonged storage in solutions.
