SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an agent that is acridonoacetic acid salt and its monosubstituted ester of monosaccharide of the general formula: where A means or ; X and Z mean -OH, -H, CH2OH or group ; W,W' mean -H, alkyl-, benzyl-, (Z and W,X and W), (Z and W, OW' and W) or Z and W together form group ; R1,R2= mean -H, halogen, alkyl-, carboxy-, hydroxyalkyl- or hydroxyaryl-groups; n = 1-4; R3R4 mean -H, alkyl, or R3 and R4 together with nitrogen atom form morpholine, piperidine or pyridine heterocycle. Preparation shows the expressed antibacterial and antifungal activity in addition to the indicated antiinflammatory and antitumor activity. Preparation shows low toxicity, high index of therapeutic effect and stability for prolonged storage in solutions.
