Invention relates also to method of synthesis of the above indicated oligomer or polymer and, except for, high- molecular micelles using polyethylene oxide block-copolymer that comprises saccharide residue by its end. Indicated oligomer or polymer shows excellent bioavailability and will be used in such fields, for example, production of carriers for delivery of drugs or diagnostic reagents.
