FIELD: medicine and veterinary. SUBSTANCE: invention provides drugs causing increase in level of progesterone and estrogen receptors in target cells in the course of treatment of uterine and mammary gland tumors in mammalians, overcoming and preventing development of hormonal resistance of these tumors. Those drugs are esters and salts of 10-methylenecarboxylate-9- acridone. Drugs exhibit lower adverse effects than known inductors while retaining comparable or larger capacity for such induction.
