FIELD: magnetic treatment of liquids. SUBSTANCE: invention more specifically relates to heat- and-power engineering and aims at preventing formation of scale on heating surfaces of heat exchangers, steam- and hot-water boilers, and also at softening and evaporating water in industrial processes, agriculture, in private life, and in sanitary and health-resort treatment. Liquid (e. g. water) in amount 100% of its required amount is passed through magnetron. In this case, 20 to 30% of liquid is subjected to treatment in time-variable and spatially gradient magnetic field with induction 20 to 80 mTl induced by alternate current at frequency 25 to 100 Hz. Treated liquid mixes with untreated liquid stream simultaneously. EFFECT: intensified liquid magnetization process.
