FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, aims at preparing plastic cement-sand mixes for manufacturing finishing products. Mix contains, wt %: cement, 35.0- 50.0; sand 35.0-55.0; super-plasticizer C sodium salt of naphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensation product, 0.71- 0.86; water, the balance. Cement is first ground with super- plasticizer until specific surface 6400-7000 sq.cm/g is attained, and final mix is characterized by water to cement ratio 0.25-0.30. Plasticity and activity of mix are improved especially early in the hardening process, which provides high strength of concrete products. Quality of concrete surface is also improved.
