SUBSTANCE: composition comprises (wt%): 27.5-90.5 grade 500 Portland cement containing 60-62 C3S; 22.0-24.5 quartz sand having 30.0- 32.0% fractions of less than 0.315 mm and 22.0-24.5 fractions of 0.315-1.250 mm; 2.0-3.0 microsilica with specific surface area of (20-40) x 103 sq.cm/g; 0.5-1.5 superplastizeier C-3; 4.5-7.0 complex mineral additive which is product of grate 500 aluminate portland cement with specific surface area of (0.1-0.15) x 103 sq.cm/g and calcium sulfoaluminate in 50:40:10 ratio, respectively, and the water balance.
