SUBSTANCE: device includes air supply chamber with inspection port, bladed swirler with swivel blades engageable with glass disk at venturi nozzle inlet, fuel pipe line with atomizing orifices located in initial part of flow section of nozzle whose axes are transversal relative to nozzle axis. During operation, capacity is regulated through motion of blade turn drive kinematically linked with fuel flow rate regulator changing blade angle α and air and fuel flow rates in proportion from α to 90 deg at , where β - is nozzle diffuser expansion angle; m is degree of contraction of cross-section area of nozzle.
