FIELD: testing-facilities. SUBSTANCE: sampler has housing with inlet and outlet holes and sampling impeller with blades installed in housing on hollow shaft to let material sample pass through. One of blades is made hollow, with open end face edge, to let sample get into space. This blade communicates with hollow shafts and sample let out pipe. Shaft is installed in housing in direction of loose material flow. Impeller blades are installed in screw-like manner and are oriented by their planes at acute angle relative to direction of loose material flow. Holes made in shaft are used for communication with sample let out pipe. Port made in housing is closed by airtight sieve cloth. Sample let out pipe has sample divider with throw-over controlled cloth. Sample let out pipe has sample divider with throw-over controlled valve, branch pipe to let out the sample and branch pipe communicating with transportation hose or pipeline to let out excess material to non-sampled material. Parabolic insert is installed in space of hollow blade. Sampling impeller has cylindrical ring on which additional blade are installed for turning.
