SUBSTANCE: operating mechanism has power electromagnet with magnetic circuit, movable core, and closing spring, trip- free mechanism with locking device for holding apparatus in ON-position, power mechanism, and locking device for holding power electromagnet closing spring in reset position; closing spring is installed so that one of its ends is coupled with movable core of power electromagnet and its other end, with fixed part of operating mechanism; movable core has rod coupled with power mechanism through trip-free mechanism made in the form of lever mounted for engaging ON- position locking device and shackle with roller installed on shaft lever.
