FIELD: electric engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has joint laminated magnetic circuit and armature. Ratio between magnetizing force and cross section of magnetic circuit and armature at its working ends for minimal working space conform both to pulling force and inductance, which is less than saturation inductance by 5-20 %. Ratio between minimal working space to characteristic size of working end of drain or armature is in range of 0.06-0.15. Magnetic circuit may be made from magnetically soft materials with different magnetization functions, which differ in saturation inductance by 15- 20 %. Ratio between cross sections of said materials at working ends provide saturation of one material starting from armature position which corresponds to 50-100 % of full armature movement for switching electric magnet.
