FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, fertilizer surface application machines. SUBSTANCE: working tool has conical disk and pseudospherical member. Curved grooved and flat blades are fixed on surfaces of disk and pseudospherical member. Variable-height blades secured on pseudospherical member are deviated backward and blades are attached to conical disk at an angle less or equal to fertilizer friction angle. Blades on conical disk are separated from blades on pseudospherical member by cylindrical sleeve. Fertilizer is delivered into sleeve in continuous flow, supplied onto disk and, upon acceleration, is uniformly dispensed in fanlike manner across larger part of sown strip. EFFECT: increased efficiency in uniform dispensing of fertilizer, wider operational capabilities and reduced power consumption. 4 dwg
