FRICTIONAL GAS-AND-SMOKE DISINSECTOR Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

Abstract RU 2104640 C1

FIELD: plant and agricultural product disinsection. SUBSTANCE: disinsector has electric engine 1, hollow shaft 2 with channels 3 connected to electric engine 1. Working space of disinsector is defined by housing 4 fixed on shaft by frictional disk 5 and pressing disk 6. Gas-and-smoke concentrate 7 is placed between pressing and frictional disks within working space of disinsector. As a result of friction between working surface of frictional disk 5 and gas-and-smoke concentrate 7, concentrate gasification process is initiated and gas-and-smoke mixture streams flow under the action of air flow generated by electric engine ventilator through channels 3 and hollow shaft 2. Intensity of gas-and-smoke mixture generation may be regulated by lever 9 with handle. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation. 1 dwg
