FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: releasing device has closed trough positioned above adjacent lower plate and under releasing device cover. It also includes first perforated plate passing downwards from releasing device bottom to lower adjacent plate. Releasing device cover is provided with projection along radius with center in releasing device at an angle of above 0 and below 180 deg. Another projection passing into releasing device is formed to prevent penetration of steam into releasing device caused by mismatching in process of installation, by reduced releasing device output slit and by provision of auxiliary perforations for steam.
