MOBILE QUARRY SCREENING PLANT Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: mining machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: plant relates to machinery intended for opencast operations. It is used for high-capacity screening of coal in conditions of open coal quarries. Mounted on turnable frame of mobile screening plant are following components: running gear, receiving conveyor, screen. Connected to screen through intermediate conveyors are distributing hoppers, feeders with containers which are adjacent in their upper part to distributing hopper and to mechanism for opening of container cover. In their lower part they are adjacent to weighing scale. Also installed on frame of plant are load-lifting mechanism, conveyor for carrying run-of-mine coal and undersize material, and operator's cabin. Receiving conveyor is adjacent to receiving hopper, it is mounted on rotating circle and provided with isolating plough. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 4 dwg
