FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: grading device comprises grading sections located one under another, which consist of parallel infinite closed traction and bearing elements, driving and driven pulleys with guiding chutes designed with decreasing of distance between the traction and bearing elements from the upper grading section to the lower one, receiving bins and conveyor for undersize under the lower grading section. All grading sections are designed with the different areas both by length, and by width in decreasing order, from above downwards and are levelled along the vertical line under the feeding bin. The grading sections are installed on supports expanding upwards by grading width. The longitudinal projection of supports under the feeding bin, is designed vertical, and the longitudinal projection of supports near receiving bins is tilted towards them. Grading sections are installed on supports with a possibility of adjustment of distance between them, feeding bin and conveyor for small pieces.
EFFECT: improving the efficiency of grading.
