FIELD: radio engineering, SHF antennas. SUBSTANCE: proposed antenna makes it possible to form sector-shaped directional pattern in H plane with high slopes and low radiation level beyond operational sector of antenna. Antenna includes taper from rectangular waveguide to СВЧ one which output is connected to narrow end of sector-shaped coaxial horn. Wide end of horn is aperture of antenna. Two identical absorbing screens presenting unclosed polyhedral surface are located in symmetry with reference to horn. Each screen has front, side, rear and upper walls. Arrangement of screens and screen walls relative to sector-shaped coaxial horn ensures in certain way formation of sector-shaped directional pattern in H plane with high slopes and low radiation level beyond operational sector of antenna.
