SUBSTANCE: chip-carrying card does not include financial information and carries only data on personal identifying number, code number of subscriber's telephone set including town and country code, as well as information about allocated charges and time. When paystation is used, number code is transferred for processing to data base of telephone exchange and sent at subscriber's home or office address, and respective bill is submitted.
