SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and devices for recording and paying for the provided telecommunications services, to telephone systems combined with other electrical systems, in particular to intercom systems for residential apartment buildings and industrial premises to provide a call from the intercom panel to any telephone number, as well as collection of payment for the call. The method for charging for a telephone call to third-party telephone numbers from the intercom is characterized by the fact that when an electronic access key is applied to the intercom key reader, it is identified on the telephony SIP server of the operator serving the intercom, where information about the personal account and key balance is determined; then the user dials a combination of digits of the telephone number on the keypad of the intercom panel, after which the signal is transmitted through the telephone gateway to the network of operators of urban or international, or cellular communications to establish a telephone connection; after the telephone connection is completed, information about the call made is transmitted to the billing module located on the operator's server to bill for the call, after which the bill goes to the telephony SIP server, from where a signal is received to debit funds from the personal account, namely the signal from SIP - the telephony server is transmitted to the billing module with the coordinates for charging per conversation, after which the signal for charging is transmitted to the module for charging the personal account of funds according to the tariffs of telecom operators.

EFFECT: automating the management of charging for a call to a subscriber by debiting funds from an electronic access key to an intercom, as well as providing subscribers-users with intercom services without pre-payment for a phone call.
