FIELD: traumatology. SUBSTANCE: after closed reposition of fraction, needle is passed from every front-, outer- and rear-side surfaces of femur percutaneously in direction and in parallel to lower edge of neck and to lower semicircle of head till it thrusts upon cortical layer of head, in one blade, at an angle of 60-70 deg formed between extreme needles and open towards the outside. Three other needles are passed in parallel to upper edge of femur neck to upper semicircle of head till it thrusts upon cortical layer at an angle of 60-70 deg, open towards the outside and formed between extreme needles. Next three needles are introduced through greater trochanter perpendicularly to femur longitudinal axis to lower semicircle of head till they thrust upon cortical layer at an angle of 60-70 deg, open to the outside and formed between extreme needles. Three needles are passed additionally in lower third of femur through two cortical layers direction of which coincides with direction of needles passed through greater trochanter at an angle of 60-70 deg formed between extreme needles. Prior to fixation in apparatus, ends of needles passed through upper and lower edges of neck to upper and lower semicircle of head near needle holders of plates are bent through an angle of up to 90 deg relative to femur axis, which provides for rigid fixation of needles and uniform distribution of load between them, excludes migration of needles and displacement of splinters.
