FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for osteosynthesis of femoral neck fractures. Channels are formed along the anterior and posterior surfaces of the trochanteric region and the femoral head. Two cerclage loops are passed through said channels through the cortical layer of the intertrochanteric line and the femoral head.
EFFECT: method provides the required compression and safe fixation of the fracture area and minimises damaging intraoperative effect on the bone due to the location of the metal structure extramedullary over the fracture area without violating the integrity of bone trabeculae and blood vessels preventing the development of aseptic necrosis.
