FIELD: aircraft and helicopter equipment providing for aiming and usage of weapons. SUBSTANCE: given aiming system incorporates first, second and third sighting devices that operate correspondingly in regions of visible and infrared radiation, millimeter and centimeter wave lengths. These devices are connected to proper transmitters of angle and angular velocities and are electrically coupled to indicators and controls of helicopter. Unit of transmitters of initial information is connected to computer of angle corrections and comparator from which controlling signals are fed into first and second commutation units providing for connection of outputs of transmitters of angle and angular velocities to output of computer of angle corrections of the sighting channel that is used for search, detection and identification of target or for aiming at given moment. Input of former of reference range is connected to comparator and its inputs are linked to controls of helicopter. Increase of target hitting efficiency is achieved thanks to optimum selection of master sighting channel in real current flight conditions and its synchronous interaction with weapon controlling system.
